The nation’s least expensive form of air travel, Fly Jinnah, a brand-new private airline, was officially opened when it began operating flights from Karachi.

A joint venture between Fly Jinnah and the international carrier Air Arabia resulted in the successful completion of its maiden trip from Karachi to Islamabad.

A luxury hotel in Karachi hosted the official opening ceremony. Fly Jinnah is a low-cost airline, according to Arman Yahya, the airline’s chief operating officer. According to him, the airline would maintain low operational costs, which will benefit the general people by resulting in affordable tickets.

At the occasion, Yahya stated, “The help Air Arabia has provided us is essential in the training sector and their assistance is constantly with us.

Three Airbus A-320 aircraft, including one with the registration AP-BOP, are part of the Fly Jinnah fleet. The same plane will return the visitors to Karachi from Islamabad.

The first flight from Karachi to Islamabad was taken by former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Fly Jinnah chairman Iqbal Lakhani, Air Arabia COE Adil Al Ali, senator Saleem Mandviwala, as well as representatives of the entertainment sector and travel brokers.

Today marked the formal launch of commercial flights (Wednesday).

The airline will run flights daily between Karachi and Quetta, as well as four flights each week between Karachi and Islamabad, Lahore, and Peshawar. Flight tickets start at Rs13,999, and travelers may check up to 10kg of baggage.

Additionally, complimentary entertainment services will be offered to guests throughout the voyage.
